Baraka Children’s Home has served the Kayole community since 2006. As the children under care grew older, the need for sustainable work pathways became clear. What began as informal support for remote work turned into a structured model for fair, professional digital employment.
We saw that individual placements could create impact, but a central hub could create consistency, accountability, and scalable growth for both talent and clients. That insight became the foundation of Baraka Digital Hub.
Today, the model combines commercial discipline with measurable social return.
